Returns

We want you to be satisfied with your purchases. If unfortunately this is not the case, the article can be returned within 14 days, without giving a reason.
     
  The product should be unopened, unused and undamaged and (as far as possible) packed in the original and undamaged packaging.
     
  Products in which hygiene plays a role cannot be taken back.
     
  We kindly ask you to send us an e-mail so that we can give return instructions.
     
  The method of return is your choice and the costs are at your own expense.
     
  If the package received is damaged during transport in such a way that the product can no longer be used, please report this as soon as possible via info@kathond.shop. You have until 24 hours after delivery to do so.
     
  Describe clearly what the damage or defect is and add photos. Always mention the order number. We will make sure that this is resolved with you as soon as possible.
     
  We also ask you to treat incomplete shipments in the way described above.
     
  Returns will only be accepted if the items have been purchased via the Kat & Hond platform.
