Next to picking up the order yourselve, you can also arrange shipment trough our shipping partner: Ship2me. Typically, orders placed before 20:00 on working days and paid directly through our online payment options are shipped the same day by Ship2me. Should it appear that this will not be possible, for whatever reason, we will inform you immediately by email.


We ask for your understanding for a slightly longer delivery time during very busy periods (eg Spring)

We will inform you immediately by email when we have received your order and a second message is sent when the order is processed and has left the warehouse. Everything is shipped by regular post or courier. Usually the order is delivered to your shipping address the next day (NL & BE) or within 2-4 working days (Europe). You will receive a package number and you can use track & trace to track your shipment.

Return
If you do not wish to keep an item for any reason, you can return it to Kat & Hond within fourteen (14) calendar days of delivery. In this case the costs for a return shipment will be for the account of the customer.

We kindly ask you to send us an e-mail so that we can give you return instructions.

If you have received a damaged package this is very unfortunate. If the goods can no longer be used because of the damage, please take pictures of the outer box and the goods themselves and mail them to us. We will solve this with you as soon as possible.

We recommend that you inspect the delivered goods immediately upon receipt and report any defects within 2 days of receipt.

We only accept returns of items purchased in our store.
