All online payments are made via Mollie. Through this payment platform, payments are processed safely and correctly.
If you choose for a bank transfer, you will receive the payment details in the order confirmation. We process your order as soon as your payment has been credited to our account. Because the payment traffic between banks usually requires more time, this can take up to a few days.
Typically, orders placed before 15:00 on working days and paid directly through our online payment options are shipped the same day. Should it appear that this will not be possible, for whatever reason, we will inform you immediately by email.
We ask for your understanding for a slightly longer delivery time during very busy periods (eg Spring).
We will inform you immediately by email when we have received your order and send a second message when the order is processed and has left our warehouse. We ship everything by post or courier. Usually the order is delivered to your shipping address the next day. In the case of a registered delivery you will receive a package number and you can track your shipment.

If you have received a damaged package this is very sorry. If the goods can't be used anymore due to the damage, please take pictures of the outer box as well as the goods inside and mail them to us. We will then solve this with you as soon as we can.
We recommend that you inspect the delivered goods immediately after receipt and report any defects found within 2 days of receipt.
